A micro-mosaic and ruby pendant. Depicting a bird sitting in a tree, inspired by a fresco from 'The House of the Golden Bracelet' in Pompeii. Micro-mosaic is a technique originally developed by the Ancient Romans, using microscopic pieces of glass to create an image. The gold has a brushed finish, and hangs from a fixed bail. Trace link chain, set with multi coloured tourmaline roundels. By Roman designer Le Sibille.
