Complementary Resizing

As a majority of our jewellery is unique we do not have multiple sizes in stock. To counter this, we offer a complimentary ring resizing on purchase. If you are sure of the ring size please Contact Us with your order number and we will resize the ring before dispatch, but please note this will affect the time it takes to send the piece out. Alternatively, if you are unsure of your size you are welcome to come into store where our team can assist you. If you are buying a gift we recommend sizing the finger once the gift is given, rather than using other rings to determine the finger size. Our Eternity Rings and Wedding Bands are only available online in the stated stock size, for other sizes of these designs please visit us in store. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on resized rings.

Valuations

We understand every piece of jewellery has sentimental value well above a monetary price, but if the worst should happen jewellery insurance is vital for peace of mind. Every piece of jewellery over £2,000 is accompanied with a Kojis Valuation for insurance replacement or damage beyond repair. As jewellery specialists we are often asked to value antique pieces, regrettably this is a service we can only offer on pieces we have sold.

Bespoke Jewellery

Although we largely spend our time sourcing and selling exquisite pieces of Antique and Vintage Jewellery, Kojis creates its own modern day masterpieces. More importantly, we can create these masterpieces to your design. We regularly buy a variety of gemstones from all over the globe, and can use our expertise to do so on your behalf. These gems range from diamonds, natural sapphires, Columbian emeralds, tanzanite, and many others, including rare and valuable star rubies or Paraiba Tourmalines. We also have great experience sourcing the finest pearls, from Tahitian and South Sea to Natural pearls. Whether a strand, pendant or another piece of jewellery, we can incorporate them into any design.

Jewellery Maintenance And Repairs

Antique and vintage jewellery needs special care and attention, we carefully inspect each piece to ensure it is in the best possible condition for a lifetime of wear. This is why all jewellery at Kojis is accompanied by a One Year Guarantee. The guarantee covers replacement of side stones if a setting defect is present, a broken shank if it is broken at the sizing seam, and damage from a defect in jewellery item, not normal wear and tear or accident. If you find your jewellery is in need of repair please contact us as soon as possible. It is best to send an email with pictures and as many details of your purchase as possible. We will be in touch with you to advise on the next steps. Please note, if your jewellery is not covered by the guarantee repair fees will apply.
