Delivery

All purchases are delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Kojis Jewellery arrives in a Kojis box and branded packaging.

We aim post your jewellery as soon as possible, but please allow three business days. There is an option to receive next day delivery, which can be selected at checkout. We will send you your tracking details via email once the item has been dispatched. Our jewellery is fully insured during transit.

If you require international shipping please Contact Us, this is a bespoke service and may be subject to charges.

Returns

Customers have 14 days after receipt of their order to return any online purchase. Please note, we cannot accept any returns that have been worn, damaged, resized, modified, or returned without original paperwork or packaging. All parts of the order must be returned with the item, including any gifts or promotional items. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. 

Online Returns

If you would like a refund or exchange of your order please email us within 14 days of receipt of delivered item(s). You have 14 days to return the item to us once we have been notified. Kojis Client Services will issue a prepaid returns label, which will be valid for one week (7 days). If the prepaid returns label expires please post the item back within the 14 day return window at your own expense. 

Upon receipt we will inspect the item and email to confirm the issue of a full refund.

Cancel My Order

If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched we will issue a full refund, if the item has already been dispatched we will not be able to refund you until we have received the goods back.
